1. Prize game organizer

    The prize game organizer is BIOSTILE, d.o.o., Komen 129A, 6223 Komen, VAT identification number: SI17834619, company registration number: 6004075000, represented by director Dalibor Kosmina (hereinafter: the organizer).

    2. General terms and conditions of participation in prize games

    These general terms and conditions apply to all prize games organized by the organizer, unless otherwise specified in the individual rules of a specific prize game.

    3. Right to participate

    1. Prize games may be participated by natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and have permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia, unless otherwise specified in the special rules.
    2. Minors (under 18 years of age) may participate only with the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
    3. Employees of the organizer or persons directly involved in the implementation of the prize game may not participate in the prize game.

    4. Method of participation

    More detailed instructions for participation are described in the special rules of the individual prize game, which are published together with the prize game.

    5. Selection of winners and awarding of prizes

    1. Winners will be selected in the manner and within the period specified in the special rules of the individual prize game.
    2. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of violation of the terms of participation or provision of false information.
    3. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash, unless otherwise specified in the special rules.

    6. Personal data and privacy protection

    1. By participating in the prize game, the participant agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) or GDPR, for the purpose of implementing the prize game, informing about the prize and possible marketing.
    2. Personal data is stored and processed solely for the purpose of conducting the prize game and in accordance with legal requirements. A more detailed personal data protection policy is available on the organizer’s website.

    7. Organizer’s responsibilities

    1. The organizer does not assume responsibility for any technical malfunctions, irregularities in the course of the prize game, loss of data or damage resulting from participation in the prize game.
    2. The organizer reserves the right to interrupt, change or cancel the prize game if there are legitimate reasons for its implementation.

    8. Acceptance of the terms

    1. By participating in the prize game, the participant confirms that he is familiar with and accepts these general terms and conditions and the special rules of the specific prize game.
