How does liposomal technology work?
The iron in BMT® Lipo Iron+ is encapsulated in small fat-based carriers – liposomes – which protect it from stomach acid, improve absorption in the small intestine, and prevent mucosal irritation.

Liposomes are made of phospholipids, similar to the membranes of our cells. This natural structure allows:

• even release of iron in the intestine,

• fewer interactions with other nutrients (e.g., calcium),

• high tolerance even with long-term use,

• greater stability without preservatives.

LIPOSOVIT®-Fe (liposomal iron bisglycinate), capsule (HPMC – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), copper gluconate, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5′-phosphate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Quatrefolic® (glucosamine salt of folic acid), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)
