RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Protex fiber: One sachet per day (1 × 1); quickly mixed in 2 dcL of cold water or tea and consumed immediately, on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast.

Protex capsules: Take 3 a day ; 1 capsule at breakfast, 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner, with a glass of water.

Protex tea: Pour one filter bag with two liters of boiling water and soak for 15 minutes. Drink tea throughout the day, hot or cold.
